By using the YÀN Atelier online store, you agree to use this site lawfully and to provide accurate information when placing an order.

Product information

We make every effort to describe materials, dimensions, colours and finishes accurately. Hand-finished enamel and natural materials may show small variations. Product availability, prices and processing times may change as pieces are completed and inspected.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted only after payment is authorised and we confirm the order. We may cancel or refuse an order when information is inaccurate, inventory is unavailable or payment cannot be verified. Payment providers, including PayPal, process payments under their own terms.

Shipping

Shipping methods, destinations, fees and estimated timing are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs duties, import taxes and other charges imposed by the destination country are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refunds and Returns Policy.

Intellectual property

YÀN Atelier's name, images, text, designs and other content belong to YÀN Atelier or its licensors and may not be reused without written permission.
