Care and Keeping

Fired enamel is part of the surface and structure of a piece. Gentle handling and simple care help protect its finish.

When you wear it

Protect the piece from knocks, drops, bending and pressure. Apply perfume, lotions and hair products before putting it on. Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, sport or cleaning.

Before you clean

Start with a soft, dry cloth and a light touch. Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals and rubbing the enamel surface. Do not use aggressive cleaning methods without advice for the specific piece and all of its components.

When you put it away

Store pieces separately so chains, metal edges and stones do not rub against one another. Keep cords and beaded designs dry, and avoid pulling on their decorative elements.

If something needs attention

For a loose part, damaged enamel or a care question, contact the studio before attempting a repair. Include the product name, your order number if available and clear photographs of the issue. Do not send a piece to us without agreed instructions. Service availability, cost and timing must be confirmed for the individual case.

For an order that arrived damaged or incorrect, use the process in our Returns and Refunds Policy. This care guide does not replace the terms of that policy.
